1 cup pineapple, frozen
½ ripe banana (frozen, if possible)
chia seeds, soaked in water for 10 minutes
1 cup coconut, almond milk or water
2 inch fresh ginger, peeled
2-4 ice cubes (may not need if using frozen fruit

First, make the chia gel: add 2 TB chia seeds to a small bowl with ½ C water. Let sit for 10 minutes, then add gel to your blender.

Add remaining ingredients and blend, slowly increasing speed until all ingredients are incorporated.
